The iPhoneTM is a multimedia smartphone developed by Apple®. The device is run by Apple's proprietary operating system called iPhone OS and developed using Apple's SDK. iPhone apps can literally only be put on an iPhone or an iPod Touch. Once an iPhone App is developed, an iPhone application is deployed through Apple's App Store which manages all iPhone applications through its App Store located within Apple's iTunes application. Before an application is placed on the App Store, Apple must review and approve each application.
iPhone apps are a growing market, and it is maturing rapidly toward eventual enterprise apps being developed for the iPhone. Amadeus Consulting strives to stay on the leading edge of technology, and as such we have put an infrastructure in place which will allow us to begin developing enterprise iPhone apps.
